Why You Can Try Us Without
a Reference Call

We are an engineering firm that supplies AI and data engineers. We are not an AI product company, and we are not going to show you case studies we do not have — our AI and data practice is newer than the rest of the business. What we do have is eleven years of shipped software, engineers we can put in front of you inside three weeks, and an engagement structured so you can judge them on their work rather than on our portfolio. If you need a supplier with a five-year AI portfolio, we are not it, and we will tell you that on the first call rather than three weeks in.

Weekly billing, in arrears

Seven-day terms. You pay for work already delivered, never in advance. Stop any week and you owe nothing further. Your maximum exposure is one week of one engineer — which is the point. You should be able to find out whether our people are good without carrying the risk of being wrong about us.

The engineer is named in the contract

The person you interviewed, by name — not “a resource”. They join your standup, your board and your code review directly, with no account manager in between. If we ever need to change them you get written notice within 24 hours so you can revoke access, and we absorb the handover cost.

Two-week probation, either side

No notice period. Either party ends the engagement inside the first fortnight; work delivered is invoiced and nothing else is owed. And if the engineer is not who we presented, that is our failure — we credit the week and replace at our cost.

We Provide the Person

You Provide the Perimeter

We do not ask you to trust an unmanaged laptop in another country. Our engineers work inside the environment you provision — your virtual desktop, your cloud workspace or your VPN — so nothing of yours lands on a machine you do not control. Below is what is in place today, and what is not.

Individual IP Assignment

The engineer signs an individual NDA and IP assignment to Blue Orbits, and our service agreement assigns it onward to you. The chain is closed at both ends — a company-only assignment is worth very little if the individual later claims authorship.

Your Environment, Not Ours

Work is performed inside client-provisioned environments — your repos, your VPN or VDI. No local copies of code or client data. The most reliable security control for offshore work is to make the engineer’s own device irrelevant.

Background Checks on File

Police character certificates and verified employment history held on file for anyone placed with a client. When your own client audits you, you need to show the file rather than describe it.

24-Hour Offboarding Notice

Written notification within 24 hours if anyone leaves an engagement, for any reason, so you can revoke access the same day. Vendors quietly swapping people is how live credentials outlive the person who held them.

What We Do Not Hold

We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and professional indemnity cover is in procurement rather than in place. If your client contract requires certified subcontractors, we are not the right supplier for that account and we will say so on the first call. Onsite placement in the UAE also requires a temporary-employment licence we do not hold — every engagement is remote delivery, invoiced from our UAE entity.

A thirty-minute scoping call covers the role, the stack, the timeline and who the engineer reports to on your side. We come back with two profiles — not five — the two people we would actually put on your project. You interview them directly; we do not sit in. If neither fits, we say so rather than sending a third to look busy. Then individual NDA and IP assignment signed, access provisioned by you, and the first standup. Our delivery team works UAE hours, a one-hour offset from Karachi, which means real overlap with your team rather than handover notes.
